Refund Policy

Premium on Up4ever is delivered instantly, so this page explains exactly when we will refund a payment, when we will not, and how to ask. If something went wrong with an order, contact us first — in almost every case we can fix it faster than a bank dispute can.

14 days to request a refund No automatic renewals
1

What you are buying

A Premium plan is a fixed-term upgrade to your Up4ever account — 7, 30, 120 or 365 days. It is applied to your account immediately after payment is confirmed, and it is not a physical product or a shipped item.
No automatic renewal Plans do not renew by themselves and your card is not stored for future charges. When a plan reaches its end date the account simply returns to free, so there is no recurring charge to cancel and no surprise renewal to refund.
Immediate access Because access begins at once, by completing a purchase you ask us to start supplying the service immediately and you accept that a statutory cooling-off period, where one applies to you, ends as soon as the service has been fully supplied.

When we refund

We issue a full refund, on request within 14 days of payment, in any of these situations.
Premium was never applied You paid and your account was not upgraded. Tell us and we will either apply the plan you paid for or refund it in full — your choice.
You were charged more than once A duplicate payment for the same plan is always refunded. You keep the plan; you pay for it once.
You did not authorise the payment If someone used your card without permission, contact us. We refund confirmed unauthorised charges and remove the Premium that was bought with them.
The wrong plan was charged If you were charged for a different plan than the one you selected, we refund the difference or the whole payment.
A fault on our side prevents you using Premium If a problem we cannot resolve stops you using what you paid for, we refund the unused part of the plan.

When we do not

The plan has been used Once a plan has been substantially used — downloads made, upload limits used — we do not refund a change of mind. Premium is delivered the moment it is paid for and cannot be returned.
The account was disabled for breaking the rules If an account is suspended or closed for violating our Terms of Service, any remaining Premium time is forfeited and is not refunded.
The request is more than 14 days old Requests made more than 14 days after payment fall outside this policy. Write to us anyway if the circumstances are unusual — we read every message.
Uploader earnings This page covers Premium purchases only. Money earned through the rewards programme is governed by the earnings section of our Terms of Service.

How to request one

Open a ticket from your account, or write to , and include your username, the amount paid, the date, and the payment method used. A transaction reference or receipt helps us find the payment faster.
Our response We aim to answer every refund request within 3 business days.
Getting the money back Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long it then takes to appear depends on that provider — card refunds usually settle within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks to resolve and automatically suspends the account it relates to while it is open, whereas we can usually settle a genuine problem the same day.
Do not recognise a charge? Ask us first. Payments for Up4ever Premium may appear on a statement under the name of the payment provider that processed them rather than under our own, which is the most common reason a charge looks unfamiliar.
